The estate is located about 4 km away from the traditional village Archanes in the northern site of Heraklion Crete, in a distance of about 10 km from the town center of Heraklion and is sloping (from West to East). The time distance to the airport by the new road is 15 min and to the port (which is located in the center of Heraklion) 10 min. The surface of the estate is about 1600 m2 and the house is built in the middle.
The western part of the estate is flat and has a flower garden planted with various plants and trees. A wall of 2-2.5 m height restrains the earth from the west side and it is decorated with various elements (recesses, ledges), a big oven for wood and a barbecue. There is a concrete tank for water, although the estate is connected to the local water network.

The house is built in a strictly traditional way with arches, recesses and other decorative elements. There are no visible beams that could destroy the outer appearance of the house and the flat floor has no doors and consists of two low levels.
The lower level is equipped with the kitchen (2,30 X 5,5) full of cupboards with handy design and convenience. In the kitchen there is a decorative fireplace containing the electric cooker and its chimney functions as the cooker hood. The second entrance is located in the kitchen.
In the same level (separated by a door) and next to the kitchen, there is big dining room communicating with the living room, which is located 5-6 stairs higher. In the spacious dining room there is a built-in circular construction of chairs with a round low table and two windows that have a wonderful view to the flower garden.
In the living room there is a fireplace with nice decorative elements and stone chairs around. There is an interior balcony under an arch, which can be used as sitting room in all weather conditions. Next to the living room there is a small room, used as an office, which has the third (back) entrance.
Next to the living room there is a corridor, separated from it by a wall with nice recesses, where in its one side there is the front entrance and on the other side a small WC and the staircase that leads to the upper level of the house. After 12 stairs there is a quite spacious guest room and the main bathroom of the house. After another 5 stairs, there is the upper level of the house, where around the main hall there are 3 bedrooms with big wardrobes. The first one has its own small balcony and the other two share a big balcony with a very nice view. The bedrooms have wooden floor, the kitchen and the dining room have ceramic tiles and the rest of the house has stone tiles.
